if i lose wight will my fatty liver disease go away?

Can't hurt...: Fatty liver is typically due to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, too much alcohol, or a combination of these. Lose 1-3 pounds per week (drop 10-20% of present total weight) to address obesity-associated fatty liver.  Eat right (minimize fats; supplement fibers), exercise, and you should be fine.  Roughly for every 3500 calories you lose, you drop a pound of fat (that's 500 calories a day).

Keep up good work: You're down 14.4% of your starting weight--wonderful. You may already have seen a downward trend in your blood tests for liver. In prior healthtap answers you learned the importance with fatty liver of managing diabetes, cholesterol, & alcohol intake. Keep up the good work. Shoot for a bmi (body mass index) of 25. This may shrink your liver. Discomfort however deserves further medical evaluation.

Unfortunately , No: Once fatty degeneration stars  liver cells and architecture of liver  will never return (reverts)  to  complete normal state  , how ever with proper diet , care ( by avoiding causative agents alcohol drugs ,  etc ) it is  possible to hold the disease  at this stage   & some reversal , and delay further damage to liver cells that leads to cirrhosis.

just veggies durin day & meat during nights. how else can i make the discomfort go away under left rib?

Prob not related: Since the liver is in the upper RIGHT abdomen, it's unlikely that liver trouble is the direct cause of your pain under a left rib.  Is your spleen enlarged? You need a competent evaluation.

er gave me 1 pill of xanax (alprazolam). 25mg and since i took it i have felt so fatigue. its been over 24 hours? i also have fatty liver. when will it go away?

It will go away: Xanax (alprazolam) is a short acting benzodiazepine and its effect should go away soon. Half life is prolonged however in liver disease but not if you only have fatty liver. See your pcp for reason of visit to er.

can i have floater in my eye due to fatty liver from alccohol abuse? i'm 26 if so how can it go away eye doctor says don't worry but it bithers me

Surgery: The only way to  get rind of floaters is to have them surgically removed by a retinal surgical specialist.

Covid19: At this time your symptoms are not diagnostic but observe for fever. Isolate yourself from others. Drink adequate amounts of room temperature water, gargle with warm salt water, If you develop fever or worsening cough and breathing problems, notify your physician promptly and get instructions on testing and treatment.

Liver: Yes you can. steatohepatitis, simple put fat deposits in your liver can be excerated by poor fatty diet, or high consumption of alcohol. I had a patient that became depressed after his divorce. resorted to alcohol, binging, and drinking a pint of vodka on a daily. he induced liver changes very quickly.
