Ear infection: If it is painful, an ear infection might cause some BP increase. Without the pain stimulus there is no reason why an infection limited to the ear should cause increased blood pressure.

Hypertension: Hypertension is usually asymptomatic so a hypertensive with an ear infection is possible.

Saline wash: Use a saline nasal wash twice a day and an anti-histaminic--zyrtec or claritin.
The sinus wash --made by neil will help a lot.

There are a # of: Possible reasons for dizziness. Your conditions indicate "fatigue, hopeless ; poor concentration" ; you mentioned stress?  Have you felt depressed? At this point i would see your regular physician -as there many plausible causes - it will just need to be worked up. Take care.

Eustachian tube issu: The pressure you likely feel relates to poor function in your Eustachian tubes during this process. The tube drains middle ear mucous and allows air to enter during normal function. To have the infection,tube swelling trapped mucous which became infected from throat germs. Yawning can sometimes help reopen the tube and allow pressure to equalize in the good ear.In time all should heal.

See doctor: With or without the beach contamination , your ear is infected and you ought to see a doctor at the earliest to prevent damage to your middle ear.

Could be sinus?: There are many causes of pressure and headaches.  Some include tension, infection somewhere else, sinus problems etc... It would be a good idea to see your FP so they can work it up, find an etiology and take care of the problem.

wick put in yesterday am for ear infection drops to get in...blood dripping out of ear? is this ok or do i need the blood filled wick switched?

Mgt: You may have punctured your ear drum with the wick. It is important to have this checked. Other sources of bleeding may be in the outer ear canal. 
Until your are seen by your PCP, avoid using the wick or ear swabs. I would suggest gently dabbing the outside of the ear with a cotton ball if there is any discharge.

Effusion: If no fever the fluid should improve.  Try chewing gum and or lemon drops

how do i relieve the pressure in my ears? i have a double ear infection

Tip: Blocked eustachian tubes often get better on their own. You may be able to open the blocked tubes with a simple exercise. Close mouth, your nose, and gently blow as if blowing your nose. Yawning and chewing gum also may help. You may hear or feel a "pop" when the tubes open to make the pressure equal between the inside and outside of your ears.
If still persistent, MD may prescribe steroid spray.
