Many: Fever, dementia, heat, itching, elevated white blood cells, damage to organ systems, and many others. Bayou have broken, damaged, infected teeth.  If you had infection anywhere else would you ignore or treat the infection?  Stop procrastinating, call your dentist, now.

Appropriate med: All medicines are filtered by the kidneys.  Not addressing infection is dangerous.  Infection can quickly spread to other organ systems, including the kidneys, and cause damage.  Google the term "sepsis." Antibiotic will control infection, but root canal or extraction required for a cure.  Pills alone will not fix your problem.

You should also call some private general dentists and oral surgeons, explain your story, and hopefully find one that will be gracious enough to help you with your immediate needs!
