There  may be no pai: There usually is no pain from an enlarged  spleen - unless it is injured or ruptured.  A CT of the chest and abdomen should answer  your inquiry

An : An enlarged spleen is dangerous because it can easily rupture. Therefore you should have been given instructions to avoid any contact sports or extreme physical activity. Also the reason behind your enlarged spleen needs to be investigated. A common cause is mononucleosis, and other viruses. Please see your primary care doctor for a follow up and work up for your enlarged spleen.

Musculotendinous: 20&#x27;s male w. Chronic unilateral rhomboid muscle region pain suggests localized tendonitis.  No history of trauma given, but concern arises for strenuous athletics or weight lifting.  An osteopath can diagnose, ; a physical therapist can assist in resolution. Ergonomics must also be considered. Heat, massage, and acupuncture might benefit. Eventually, a single cortisone injection might resolve.

Enlarged lung: I am not sure what  " enlarged lung " means here. But whatever is- i strongly recommend you and i sincerely hope that you would quit smoking. Smoking is a bad habit and there is nothing good you are going to get from smoking.

Unlikely: While possible in a slim patient with a Very enlarged supraclavicular node, normally the chest x-ray would look unremarkable and you'd need a chest CT to identify this finding.
