Red bull vertigo: You are probably dehydrated and that is why you are getting dizzy. Red bull has caffeine which can also cause you to get dizzy. Be careful with drinking a lot of red bull. My advice is to avoid it.   Good luck.

It certainly can: You should get an eval by a therapist specializing in anxiety, as well as a thorough physical from yr pcp (just to rule out any physical causes). Dizziness, feeling short of breath or like u r going to pass out, vertigo r common symptoms of panic disorder, in which Adrenalin is released (fight or flight reaction) when there is no true danger.  Exposure based therapy & other cog-behav tx is best.

Perhaps these?: You may have "paroxysmal vertigo", a migraine epiphonomenon, or you might have inner ear issues, such a meniere's, or perhaps, an endolymphatic fistula.  Hopefully, anemias, thyroid problems, decreased blood vessel flow, and medication adverse effects have been eliminated.  Never hurts to get an additional opinion at nearby medical school.

House ear clinic: Your problem has no easy answer. If all of the studies you named have been performed, and are negative, then you need to  pursue this with an institution that focuses on vertigo. Transient vertigo can be a simple matter of a viral inner ear infection. However, if it does not resolve in 7-10 days something else is going on. The house ear clinic in california is the go to place for this typeofissue.

Ovulation symptoms: It is not abnormal to have the symptoms you describe during ovulation. If these symptoms tend to occur regularly 14 days before you get your period it would indicate that you don't have a hormonal balance.  Not ovulating and missing periods are more likely to be from hormone imbalance.

Dizzy?: The first few moments of being awake can be a time for different systems to come 'on-line' in a slightly uncoordinated way. If it totally passes, it may be nothing - but you might check your blood pressure or have a full exam if there are other concerns too. Again - If it's fine after that - it may be nothing much. Give yourself a moment before arising after you awaken. Best!
