: Cough is a protective mechanism at any age including young babies. It helps move mucus from deep to the outlet where it can be expelled. I NEVER give antihistamine drops for cough at that age as it thickens mucus &amp; makes it harder to clear. Nasal saline suction to clear the nose, removal of any perfumes/irritants from their sleeping area helps. Cough stops when it is not needed.

No! And how on: earth can you tell if a three month old has reflux? It is normal for an infant that age to regurgitate and spit up feedings. You need to take the infant to the pediatrician and discuss your concerns before you do something to it which is potentially harmful!

Green poo: The poo is colored by bile added during digestion.It starts out dark green and transitions through yellows to brown over time.Green poo just means the material  is moving through faster. If the kid seems to be better on the comfort, stay with it. The feed seldom has anything to do with or help in treating colic. It normally fades at 4 mo when they start to control their movement more.

: This is called periodic breathing and is normal in infants even up to 6 months of age. More common in premature infants, but can be seen in any infant. You should notice it less and less over time and is not harmful at all to infant. It's just an immature way of breathing that goes away as baby matures.

Relatively: The risk is during the traveling.  Else I don't see any extra risk at Bali vs where you are living. Troubling with young kids is always difficult especially when they are this young and you need to give this some thoughts.

Mgt/workup: I would advise using gentle infant nasal saline. If her cough is moderate to severe, causing gagging or interfering with feeding, she should be evaluated. The testing can include Pertussis, RSV and community acquired viral panels, in addition to considering bacterial causes. 
Monitor her temperature, and please let your physician know if she has a fever.

Hard to be specific: The palsy is thought to represent a diminished function of intact nerves due to swelling after the trauma surrounding birth.Passive range of motion helps preserve the muscle integrity (tone, mass) until the normal messages get through and directed  movement  is normal.It never hurts to work these muscles through their range, but the need may be gone if function is normal.Check with the doc.
