The strawberry mccafé shake (12 fl oz )  is 550 calories total. 150 calories from fat.  They have many types of  snack wraps which range from 250 to 350 calories each. See nutritionist: You require far more detail than can be explained on this site; in addition, i don't feel there is a healthy, 800 calorie a day diet.  I would seek a nutritionist for counselling and determining what calorie count is appropriate and how to achieve that with your food intolerances.

Why not: Also probably better than eating it in bed. Not ok if you are overweight, in which case a glass of water would be better for you, although, granted not as enjoyable. As they say in french "bon apetit".

: Digestion varies with type of food. The most easily digestible foods are the simple carbohydrates (candy) (1hr), followed by complex carbohydrates (whole wheat bread) (3 hrs). Foods containing protein (lean meats, eggs) will digest over 5-8 hrs and Fatty foods (high fat dairy, burgers, etc) can take up to 3 days. It is very likely that a slice of cheesecake can take 12 hours to digest.
