Probably not: Sorry that you got sick. A lot of food gets crushed up and passed from the stomach to the intestines in an hour. You may have thrown up some of the chocolate bar, but not all of it. Any that remained inside of you was then digested and processed by the body.

There are no health benefits that are specific to peaches.  Remember that peaches and most fruit are 100% sugar and if you have any pre-disposition to diabetes or obesity sugar calories are your enemy.
