Good Q: I would think if the temperature used is high enough to change the alcohol from liquid to gas, and the gas can escape, then you have lost the calories of those alcohol molecules.  "cook off" effect.

If you drink a pint of vodka every day for 10 days, I am far more concerned you are developing significant alcoholism, or at the very least, serious problem drinking, and are putting your self at risk for many problems. A pint of vodka has about 1200 calories, and depends what you are mixing with it, if anything. Get help.

That is pretty drast: Such drastic measures are not practical for long term weight control. So eat half way decently like about 1000 to 1200 calories a day, exercise daily and you will lose about 1 pound a week. That should be your goal. As they say.." slow and steady wins the race" you have to be practical as weight control is a long term discipline in eatimng properly and staying healthy.
