No way to tell...: This is definitely not a confirmation that you are pregnant. There are many possible reasons to get sick with any type of food and many reasons to be late for your period. However and as we know pregnancy is the most common reason so I would suggest to get a home based pregnancy test in order to find out if this is the case.

That is normal: 2 hour after eating blood sugar is normal when it is below 140, borderline 140-180 and possibly diabetic over 180. Fasting blood sugar is normal if less that 100, borderline 100-125, and diabetic over 125. Takes 2 or more high readings or one over 200 to diagnose diabetes.

Good diets, as science has repeatedly proven in recent years have protein as the main source of calories. 60% of your calories should come from protein sources with only 25% from carbohydrate sources.

Cholesterol: Usually a low cholesterol diet is use  with regular exercise as a first line treatment for hypercholesterolemia, if after 6 months your levels are the same or highertroutr primary doctor will decide to put you in one of the cholesterol binding drugs.

Ok if part of a diet: A single food item is no big deal in a cholesterol patient's diet. It is the total fat, sugar, simple carbohydrates, and calories per day that matter. A bagel is simple carbs. Cheese is protein and animal fat, which is worse that veggie fat. So, eating cheese means avoiding a certain amount of fat later in the day. Same thinking process with carbs and total calories. Everything has a daily limit.

Keep it simple: Consider fiber as the equivalent of sawdust. Since you are not a termite, you don't have the enzymes needed to turn this natural fiber into fuel, so it does not count as calories.
