Sounds like: ruptured tendon, but you need to see a doctor to make sure that it is not thrombophlebitis, especially if you have risk factors such as birth control pills,smoking, protracted immobility, or recent surgery.  This can lead to a pulmonary embolus, a potentially life threatening problem.

Hematoma aspiration: Aspirating a hematoma is primary risky because of introducing an infection, although the risk is very low. If the hematoma is painful and makes it difficult to walk, it's probably worth the risk, otherwise the body can probably absorb it over time....

Yes: Yes, a hematoma is likely. It is just a collection of blood in the muscle/under the skin that occurs due to a broken blood vessel. A more serious possibility is a blood clot. If the leg is warm and/or red, you could have a blood clot that could be serious. You can have a blood test (called a d-dimer) to rule out the possiblity or an ultrasound can be done. Anti-inflammatories may help the pain.

Be checked: I would sure have it looked at.  A simple hematoma should be well resorted before two months.  It does suggest there may be something more going on.
