Odd: Chronic swelling lower right back/leg of twenties female most odd.  I assume &quot;swelling&quot; means discomfort.  A loose and subluxing sacroiliac joint can often cause pelvic obliquity in lean females and also be related to unilateral sciatica and low back discomfort.  Joint hypermobility syndrome (see brighton criteria), benign form mostly  in females, can potentiate this type musculoskeletal disorder.

Symptoms: I am sorry to hear about your struggle. Unfortunately, you're not alone. In that case, psychological issues should be ruled out (stress, depression, etc.). Also, strange as it is, i believe that there may be some toxic substances you are exposed to in the food you eat especially if it is full of preservatives, additives, gmos, etc. It may be worthwhile to go more organic.

If you have an ulcer: The bacteria h. Pylori can, over some years and usually in older prople, lead to gastric lyphoma, or gastric cancer, but far more common is gastritis or peptic ulcer, which can sometimes be felt as mid-back pain.  One needs to take rx to cure the h. Pylori and for continued symptoms, consider an upper endoscopy.

i was diagnosed with bronchitis a little over a month ago. the doctor put me on antibiotics. the cough has gone away but i have been having chest and upper/mid-back soreness for about 2/3 weeks. i recently developed a sore throat with blood in phelgm?

Bronchitis: It might be a separate infection/inflammation of the throat, but also it might be something more serious involved. (unlikely the pain in the chest to be secondary to the coughing effort). I think a rapid strep test and a CT scan of the thorax would be indicated for the differential diagnosis.

Spleen. : The spleen is located in the region you have described. When the spleen grows, pathologically of course, it tends to grow down towards the belly button, though.  If concern exists, you'd need a CT scan of the abdomen.

Not lymphedema!: The fact that it is regressing is assuring.  Muscle spasm can cause this, but you have no pain.  Can't answer your problem.  But it does seem benign.  See your pcp if it persists.

Go to ER: If your symptoms are severe enough to cause you disorientation, I believe that you should see a doctor immediately. You should probably go to the emergency room, to be sure you're okay.
