Sometimes the level: of calcium in the urine or blood is so high that it precipitates and forms deposits in the kidney called nephrocalcinosis. The is related to, but not the same as kidney stones. It can be caused by several genetic syndromes, hyperparathyroidism and vitamin D toxicity, certain meds, TB, renal tubular acidosis, etc. It is usually managed by treated the underlying condition. Usually granulomas: Calcifications seen on chest chest xray are common - often old granulomas, or lymph nodes that were involved in an infection long in the past, that have become calcified over time. Commonly this is from minor histoplasmosis infections. Other causes can be certain tumors of the pleura with calcification of the lining of the lung, or TB with calcifications seen at the apex of the lung.

Need to examine: It is unlikely that you have calcium deposits in just your scalp. What makes you say so? Do you have any symptoms? Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

yes I do : Some times a cortisone injection is helpful
in general i would stay away from any calcium supplement except calcium citrate which should not increase the risk of kidney stones or heterotopic calcifications.

Diabetes and kidney failure are risks for calcium in the vessels, while gallstones often contain calcium.

??, calculus?: I have never seen or heard of calcium deposits forming in the tongue.  Two thoughts come to mind.  The less likely one is small calculi coming from the ducts of the submandibular salivary gland.  The more likely scenario is pieces of calculus dislodging from the teeth.  Have your friend see a dentist to find out which one it is.

Yes: When it infects a fetus, cytomegalovirus can cause damage to developing brain structures which will show up as calcifications.

Optic nerve: It depends on where the calcium deposits are located.  If they are in the optic disk,  then the calcium deposits are likely due to optic disk drusen,  which are by-products of metabolism and there is nothing you need do about them as there is only a small likelihood they would cause any vision problem.
