Eliminate any pressure, use combo of ice/moist heat/ ice again for 5 min , apply  traumeel cream 3-4 x a day if you have no allergies to any meds and can take nsad's for 1 wk.If not better, see  podiatrist to r/o stress fracture/ tear of tendon.
