Yes: I recommend everyone take 500-2000 mg of Vit C twice a day and if you have an acid problem it's wise to take a buffered form like calcium ascorbate. You should not have any difficulty tolerating this.

Yes: Yes, buffered ascorbate (including calcium, magnesium and sodium ascorbate) is absorbed as well as ascorbic acid. 
The best-absorbed form of vitamin C is liposomal Vit. C.
Lyposphreric C, which is sodium ascorbate mixed with phospholipids for enhanced absorption, is a product I often recommend. See

Won't hinder. : Shouldn't hinder it. The vitamin C is adequate to help with iron absorption.

Not Usually: You should not miss your periods with these vitamins. some other reason like stress seems more likely.

None: Masturbation has no side effects unless done excessively which may produce soreness and abrasians. Calcium is unaffected.
