Not sure the: 'calcified tumor' and your symptoms match up.  Fibroids of the uterus commonly calcify, but these can cause bleeding issues or painful intercourse.  There are radiofrequency ablation or cryotherapy for these, but your symptoms are odd enough to warrant a frank discussion with one or more gynecologist.

Calcifications: Have you been worked up by a physician for this issue? Calcification can be due to electrolyte abnormalities in the body as well as diet, genetics, alcohol intake, medications, etc... Consider seeing an endocrinologist for a thorough evaluation.

Ultrasound: is  more sensitive at detecting small noncalcified fibroids than CT, and it is very common to see small fibroids on ultrasound, which are not visible on CT.  When fibroids calcify they are easy to see on CT.  But many fibroids, particularly small ones, have no calcification.

You : You haven't indicated what symptoms lead to the ultrasound, but i'm guessing it was abnormal bleeding.  That's a common complication of endometrial polyps, which are benign growths on the lining of the uterus.  They are usually addressed by removal though the vagina.

Uterine fibroids are benign tumors of uterine muscle that can cause bleeding, pain, or pelvic/abdominal fullness.  The fact that one of them has calcium in it means that it's started to regress spontaneously.  Treatment of fibroids depends on a lot of things, including the severity of symptoms, patient age, and plans for future fertility.  Treatment can range from waiting for menopause to doing a hysterectomy.

The polyp may be causing you some bleeding and the fibroids may be causing you some discomfort, but t good news is that the findings suggested by the ultrasound are benign.

Good news! Most uterine fibroids are not cancerous. There is a cancer form that occurs in 1 to 2%  of cases. The bad news?  The bleeding and pain  may not be relieved except by surgery options.

Signs and symptoms: Clinical manifestation can include- heavy menses,  dysmenorrhea, pressure/discomfort on pelvic are- which depends on the bulk of the fibroids, difficulty to get pregnant and miscarriages. Due to heavy menses, people can have iron deficiency anemia that can be presented with weakness, fatigue/dizziness etc.

Depends: Having fibroid without symptoms nothing should be done. If causing significant symptoms there are medicines that can help temporize, but often the woman will be left with of  1of 2 choices: surgery or uterine fibroid embolization (ufe). Ufe is safer, less invasive, shorter recovery than surgery and effective > 90% of cases. Also she can keep her uterus which is important even if family complete.

Depends: Fibroid usually refers to a leiomyoma (benign tumor of smooth muscle) of the uterus. Fibroids are not necessarily associated with weight loss or weight gain themselves, but sometimes the tumors can be large in which case removal might result in a noticeable difference. Also, any type of surgery can have some impact on weight, depending on appetite and retaining fluid during recovery.
