25 y/o active nonsmoker. good diet, low cholesterol (121). c-scope yesterday 4 bloody d, pain, low protein. no ibd, but 3mm sessile polyp removed 4 biopsy. polyps normal at 25? any other tests needed?

Not normal: You need to have colonoscopy repeated for surveillance - every 5 to 10 years depending on what your doc advises.

i had a c-scope sone today in hospital, i've been coughing and sneezing quite a bit upon my return home. i temperature is normal though. should i be worried? should i get test for covid19?

No: My first concern after an procedure is a fever, not sure why coughing and sneezing? I would consider allergies unless a fever develops. Incubation period seems to be about 14 days.

ct/egd/c-scope reports neg for ibd but mention "several loops of unopacified bowel", antral erosions & prominent lymph aggregates. alt diagnosis for wt loss, gi bleeds, fevers, severe ab pain, fatigue?

Need more information: As far as the unopacified loops of small bowel this is often mentioned on ct scans because unopacified small bowel can appear thick walled due to non-distention. The radiologist is just saying one cannot be specific about the unopacified small bowel. As far as the lymph node aggregates these would point to infection, inflammation or lymphoma. Depending on their size and location you might discuss the option of biopsy or pet ct.

Usually yes: BV is not a standard contraindication ("reason not to") to surgery, but your surgeon gets the last word. With most doctors you'd just go ahead. Good wishes.

Await path report: If you had a recent d ; c on 12/7/13 there should be a tissue composition  pathology report that will help determine why you are bleeding. If not, check with your md for a tissue diagnosis and answer.

Don't need: A scope to make the diagnosis. The diagnosis can be made with an office endometrial biopsy, it is also very often made empirically based on signs and symptoms.
