Not necessarily: Multiple "cafe-au-lait" spots on your baby's skin may be simply that - benign spots of pigmentation. It is estimated that about 20% of the population has them. Multiple: Possibilities. Food poisoning may be due to preformed toxin, such as staphylococcal toxin,  chemical contamination; and microbial contamination such as salmonella, toxigenic e. Coli. Adulterated or spoiled food may cause food poisoning symptoms.

Yes.: Anytime you add something to water, your body is going to absorb something other than hydrogen and oxygen.
Decaf iced tea with sweet n low is probably harmless, but it is definitely not just hydrogen and oxygen.

my girfreind is having pain behind her knee at the caf muschle it burns sometimes and hurts what could it be?

Bursitis?: The area behind the knee has lots of structures, such as various muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and fluid filled sacs called "bursa". It's possible that in inflammation of the bursa "bursitis" is rubbing on the tibial nerve causing the pain. If this is the case, rest and ice (nore more than 15 minutes at a time) can help, as well as ibuprophen if you can take it.

A doc can evaluate further.

Can be normal: they are common birth marks or developmental skin lesions in most people. When they appear in increasing numbers they can be a marker for neurofibromatosis, 
a neuro-cutaneous condition with potential for neurologic
issues and skin growths. ask your doctor, but with what you see now, i feel it is normal and needs to be observed

Many side effects : Safety is a relative term. Every pharmaceutical (& most herbs) has side effects.While most who take Levaquin (levofloxacin) have few if any side effects, it can have serious & long-lasting side effects. Your symptoms could be due to levaquin (levofloxacin).  Please contact the doc who prescribed it.It sounds wise to stop it but then you might need a different antibiotic. Need orthotics : To stabilize the posterior tibial tendon. Your feet are over pronating or collapsing causing stress on this muscle.  Motion control or stability shoes may help. Ice tendon and sometimes stabilize with ankle brace or walking boot. See podiatrist.

pvc every 4-15min starts ~30-45min aftr waking last allday. ecg normal. no caf/nic/alc/stims.  abroad w/o  good doc axcs til june. advice? worry?

Probably no worry: Watch for signs of chest discomfort or shortness of breath out if proportion to what you normally sense with exercise as more worrisome features. Also, a diminution of exercise stamina. If any of these are accompanying the pvcs then one would be more concerned. Otherwise, pvcs likely not terribly alarming. Stay well hydrated with salt rich solutions if walking in warm weather.

Ingrown?: It may be growing an ingrown nail.  You may need a corner or two removed.
