i take adderall for adhd..i have anxiety issues as well..i went off of paxil (paroxetine) 3 weeks later..i took one busbar..fixed everything..why did 1work so well?

Don't ask: Enjoy the benefit. Most drugs have an element of mystery and this seems to be working in your favor. It may continue to have a wonderful effect for you. If so, at a low dose especially, take advantage of it. If not - be pleased that it gave what it did. No one will be able to answer definitively. And, it might lower the effect. Enjoy!

are there any vitamins/supplements that help with short term memory loss due to ssris? i've tried paxil, busbar, zoloft - all seem to effect my memory

Help for memory: There aren't necessarily vitamins with proven direct effects on memory, but the B-complex vitamins support brain/nervous system health. A healthy diet in general supports brain health as well (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts/seeds). Fish oil or flaxseed oil is anti-inflammatory in nature and has been considered to have benefits to physical and mental health.

No one thing.: To address stress:
talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or  moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation.

why can't we use clot busters to break the clot apart?

Risk/benefit ratio: Clot-busting drugs are used to break clots apart (e.g. Pulmonary emboli) but this depends on a number of factors.  These drugs are potent, high-dose blood thinners injected into the body so it travels all over the body, not just the site of the clot.  The danger (and reason for strict guidelines) is it can cause bleeds elsewhere like the brain. This is weighed against the severity of the clot.

If you use stress : Buster balls as a way of managing your stress if may help to prevent too much tension from building up in your neck ; shoulders. However, once a great deal of muscular tension sets in, they are less useful.

3-4x daily: Buspar (buspirone) has a very short half life meaning it's effects are very short lived. I usually prescribe it at least twice a day, but usually 3-4 times daily. Starting dose is usually 5 mg 3x daily with a maximum of 60 mg total daily dose. Talk to the doctor who prescribed it

Cranial nerves: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a disease where the nerve cells degenerate which leads to muscle weakness and death, the cause is unknown. The bulbar form affects the cranial nerves, they supply the face and neck structures.  Riluzole is a drug that may help.

: There is moderate interaction between buspar and atarax which can increase dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. You are young and atarax dose is low so you can use them together occasionally but do not drive or operate machinery after taking this combination.

Not a disease itself: Bulbar palsy is an assortment of signs and symptoms, not the name of a precise disease.  It refers to impairment of function of the cranial nerves ix, x, xi and xii.  Its causes are many but here are a few:
acute intermittent porphyria, motor neuron disease (als), guillain barre syndome, lyme's disease, botulinism, and myastheinia gravis.
