What is the best time to take burspar? i would prefer night, but i do not know.

3-4x daily: Buspar (buspirone) has a very short half life meaning it's effects are very short lived. I usually prescribe it at least twice a day, but usually 3-4 times daily. Starting dose is usually 5 mg 3x daily with a maximum of 60 mg total daily dose. Talk to the doctor who prescribed it
