Not likely: These symptoms are more likely due to reflux rather than h. Pylori.  Try an otc antacid.  If not successful, see your doctor.

Reflux: It sounds like you have reflux (where acid and sometimes food come back up).  You need to see a gastroenterologist to have this worked up (a scope down your esophagus to see why this may be happening).  In the mean time, you can change things regarding your diet to try and alleviate these issues (don't eat late at night, don't go straight to bed, avoid caffeine, avoid chocolate, etc).

Possible GERD: you may possible have acid reflux. Please consult your physician for further evaluation and treatment. You can try OTC Nexium (esomeprazole) or Prilosec, if not allergic to these medications.

Burp: Likely stomach acid and gas. It sounds like you have GERD and maybe a trial of a PPI is indicated. Raise the head of your bed.

Foreign body: You have a foreign body sensation in the throat, any irritation to the throat may present like this. Irritation could be infection, inflammation, a growth or stricture in the esophagus/food pipe, for persistent symptoms you might want to see a gastroenterologist

Aerophagia: Often this is due to air swallowing(aerophagia) and the more you make yourself burp,the more you swallow air. Drinking hot water helps break down gas bubbles and taking simethicone after a meal helps prevent gas accumulation. If you have further concerns, a gastroenterologist is best to evaluale and advise you.
