: Good news &amp; bad news. The good news is that you used a condom for sexual interaction. The bad news is that it wasn't lubricated and yes, it will feel like an emery cloth or sandpaper during prolonged use.  Condoms do come as lubricated all in one varieties for future use. It also is helpful to use a water soluble lubricant. If the area is not healed, see a GYN MD to avoid a secondary infection.

after sex (a week ago) my vagina was sore. then last night i pulled back my clit hood and where my clit connects to the hood there is a white patch. no itch or burn.

See Doctor: Vaginal infections can be from multiple causes.  Common things that cause burning and thick white discharge are yeast infections.  Some over the counter remedies are available for these.  Some std conditions can also cause vaginal burning and discharge, and some situations can be a combination of both.  A gynecological exam with cultures will tell. See your doctor for proper medication.
