NOT NECESSARILY: There are no specific symptoms that signal the early manifestations of HIV disease.  Most commonly there may be a mononucleosis-like syndrome.  The basic answer is that you need this examined, although it is very doubtful that it is due to HIV disease.  You are obviously worried about potential exposure, and should be tested. Maybe: The color is not so worrisome, but the burning is.  Might be from infection, but I have seen other causes too.  If you are using tampons, it might be from friction or allergy to the odor control chemicals in the tampon.  You should be examined while you are having the symptoms.

my mom is 59 years old.she was diagonosed grade 1 endometrial adenocarcinoma, had tah+bso+omentectomy in jan, 2010.she is having burning sensation in vagina and anus. urine culture shows no growth.
