Varies: There are multiple potential causes, I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.  Considerations can include a thoracic disc herniation with irritation of a thoracic nerve in the spine, upper gi problems can sometimes cause pain in a recumbent position, subscapular bursitis can cause pain in a similar region.  A detailed exam can go a long way in making the diagnosis.

Make diet changes: You may have gastric reflux disease, esophagitis, gastritis or gastric ulcer, gallbladder disease or another condition. Eating too close to bedtime? Eating very large meals? Eating gas-producing or reflux-producing foods? Correcting these issues would be a good place to start. SE your clinician for exam of symptoms persist or get worse.

Less likely: While fibroids can cause back pain, it usually isn't burning in nature.  Most "burning" pain is nerve related, but not always.  If this persists or is quite bothersome, I would encourage you seeing your primary care doctor to formally evaluate you.

Probably muscular: A cough is a pretty forceful motion.  It may be as simple as muscle strain from the energy of the cough.  Also, viral illnesses can make you ache all over.  However, if you have continued cough or cold symptoms and pain, see your doctor to make sure it's just a cold and not a pneumonia or other illness more complicated than a cold.

Nueropathic Pain: This pain sounds concerning. May be a sign of a pinched nerve in the lumbar spine. If it's an ongoing symptom, may need an MRI to further evaluate the severity of it. Anti-inflammatory medications, such as Motrin or Aleve, (naproxen) often help reduce some of the inflammation that often causes this.

Radiating Pain: Pain radiating to the back (retroperitoneal)  would suggest a duodenal ulcer or pancreatitis. You need to have lab work done to include a CBC (complete blood count) and amylase/lipase. Have you seen any dark, black bowel movements?
