Probably shingles: Shingles can begin with pain only, without the blisters. The sooner it is treated the sooner it will subside, so see your doctor or a dermatologist for a prescription for an antiviral (valtrex, famvir) if he/she confirms that that is what it is.

I would suggest: TWO possibilities  (Just a thought since I cannot see the rash itself)
1. ALLERGY allergic reaction  the most common one PENICILLIN or AMPICILLIN)
2. ERYTHEMA  MULTIFORME an IMMUNE disorder

Don't use that sauna: Maybe where you are sitting in the sauna under a heat source. Anyway your skin is being damaged! That is not the purpose of a sauna. Listen to your body! Stop it!

Gynecomastia?: If you have a lump behind your nipple, it is probably gynecomastia. This is development of breast tissue in a male and it is often tender.  If you don't have a lump, i would watch it for awhile and see if it goes away on its own.  Sometimes shingles will start that way, but shingles are more common in older people.

In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

Burning calf: If you have problems with high blood sugar or diabetes, this could be reason.  That is nerve pain.  Other possibilities, rashless shingles if you had the chickenpox.  If not improving, see your doctor.

May be or maybe not: It could be seasonal allergies, contact dermatitis, eczema. Need to consider all these possibilities ( or even more) before attributing it to anxiety.

Sunburn severity?: If you have a mild sunburn, aloe-containing products can be very soothing. For more severe sunburn, and especially there is any chance it is infected or if it gets worse over time, see a heath care provider. Over-exposure to heat and sun can lead to heat-stroke; proper hydration and replenishment of body salts may be needed.  For mild dehydration, consider drinks like gatorade.
