Burning: It isn't likely your heart. See your Doc for evaluation, it may be esophageal reflux or other peptic disease. Other possibilities also exist.

Often GI: This sounds like a gastrointestinal issue.  This pain associated with shortness of breath, profuse sweating, dizziness, etc. would be concerning for a heart attack.  It would be unusual, however the heart rate you describe might be an irregular heart rhythm triggering the chest discomfort.  Talk with you doctor about an evaluation with a GI specialist and possibly a heart monitor.

May need chest image: If you have burning unrelated to GERD, then a chest image may provide more information.  If you have difficulty exercising or sleeping due to the pain, please see your PCP right away.

Tightness in Chest: I understand your concern.
Thank you for information about cough, exhaling causing pain, Amoxycillin and Neurofen.
See Physician for possible diagnosis of lung problem, muscle strain rib fracture, or Anxiety; and treatment.
 It is not likely a heart condition due to your age, not smoking and partial discomfort.
Slight burning sensation is y due to Neurofen; not GERD.

Low risk: At age 24 you are at lower risk for heart-related disease.  That being said, it is always advisable to have a complete evaluation done any time you have chest pain to be sure your heart function is completely normal.  GERD can certainly cause the symptoms you describe but I would go to an urgent care or your doctor to be sure that is what you are dealing with.

No: Given your age, it is highly unlikely that it is cardiac in nature. If anything, it sounds like acid reflux.

Many things could: It could be pms or premenopausal/menopausal considerations depending on age.  It could be reflux, allergic reaction to something like medication, or none of the above. A good workup may include some labs, keeping a diary of when these events occur and timing, pictures of the area to see if redness accompanies with heat or not. Suggest you get more info and return to your doc if this persists.

i've had pressure/ discomfort in my chest for 2 days now. burning sensation and pain in my right breast. could it be heart related?

Unlikely: Heart pain doesn't cause constant pain for 2 days - not even a full fledged heart attack lasts that long. Pain confined to the right breast is also so unusual as to make one strongly consider a different diagnosis.
