RSD: RSD is now called chronic regional pain syndrome.  It is a clinical diagnosis but sometimes we use a bone scan that can help detect changes and then affected extremity.  I recommend to my patients the use of topical pain creams such as diclofenac and others.  I would also recommend evaluation by a rheumatologist.

Neuropathy: You need to see a doctor, possibly a neurologist, ASAP. This is not an issue which can be solved over the internet. Please go and be evaluated before this becomes far worse. Best wishes.

NCV: MRI tells you about status of things after tendon repair (bleeding, swelling etc) . It is not sensitive for nerve injury unless there is something obviously compressing a large nerve) . I recommend a neurological exam and a nerve conduction study to localize the problem.

right ulnar nerve transposition 9/30/2014. new bruising and swelling at wrist with severe [burning] pain down forearm into d4 & d5. is this normal?

No: The bruising around the wrist may be the result of blood from the surgical site, slowly tracking down the forearm. If there is new numbness or weakness you should see your surgeon.
If the 4,5 burning is new, it might be from the swelling of forearm but does merit follow up the surgeon, if it persists.

could my carpal tunnel be caused by cervical radiculopathy? i have pain/burning throughout my forearm, inner bicep and my also up into my shoulder/neck. when i ice my neck burning and aching tends to lessen slightly in all areas.

Yes: From your symptom description, I would say yes... the pain may be due to a nerve root compression from cervical radiculopathy and possibly not actually Carpal tunnel syndrome.  Carpal tunnel, often affects the thumb, index and middle finger, but may travel up the arm as well.  It's also possible to have both.  I would consult a neurologist.  They may guide you as to where the nerve is compressed.

my left arm has pins and needles, burning in my forearm, pain in my shoulder and neck, i have 2 bulging discs in my neck but  the pain is severe, already had a spinal manipulation and a facet injection in january but i dont think it worked?

Disc protrusion : This sounds as if it is all related to your discs and that the procedure was ineffective. You need to see a neurosurgeon and get a second opinion. Good Luck

while doing curls with increased weights, i feel a burning fatigue in my forearm, chiefly on the ulnar side. what could be the reason under it?

Nerve: It sounds as if you pinched the volar branch of the medial cutaneous nerve of your forearm where it runs next to the medial epidondyle of the humerus. I'm not a sports phyiscian or a trainer, but try a little less supination when you do those curls / turn your palms a little more toward each other.
