Covid-19: Covid Symptoms include: Fever, Cough, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle/body aches, Loss of Smell/Taste, Sore throat, Nausea/Diarrhea, nasal congestion and assorted rashes. Since you are showing 2 or more symptoms, you should self isolate and be tested. If you are positive treat symptoms with Acetaminophen (for headache, fever, body aches, sore throat), lots of fluids and rest.

: Complete course of your antiviral, avoid popping any lesion for various reasons including chances of spreading it and also increasing inflammation and probable infection that may require more antimicrobial. Don't know: It depends on where you feel it, it could be an early shingles infection or a pinch nerve or dental problem. To get a better idea would have to know how long, when it started, other medical problems and was there any history of trauma, my guess is whatever the issue it is it is not serious to warrant immediate medical attention however you should see a physician as soon as you can.

i keep getting these sudden hot and cold patches on my head. they come on randomly and make a patch of my head feel suddenly hot and burning to freezing cold and fluctuate between them both until the sensation wears off. should i be worried?

Nerve dysfunction: hot or cold sensations are controlled by nerves in the skin. A variety of underlying issues can cause this sensation. Alcohol related neuropathy, diabetes, hormonal changes, nerve damage, and MS. It might be wise to see a DR for a full workup. Keep a diary of when it happens and anything that was going on at that time: Diet, exercise, period, sleep, anxiety, alcohol/drug consumption, etc.

is a burning sensation in your head normal while having a cold?

Might be normal: I don't think that this is a sign of something terrible.  Could be just simply related to the cold.  Lots of fluids, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) rest and see how you feel over the next day or two.

Any new vitamins?: One of the B vitamins called niacin commonly can have this effect. It is available over-the-counter and some people don't realize this can happen . If westernization lasts more than a couple of hours, I'd recommend checking with your physician.
