Possibly asthma: Asthma is more of a problem 'getting air out' than getting air into the lungs.  This is caused by the contraction of the muscles that surround the lungs, as well as swelling to the lining of the bronchial tubes.  Trapped mucous can also cause a problem.  You should see your doctor about this right away.

Needs to be checked: Pain in right chest on taking deep breath needs to be checked by your doctor.It may be due to some kind of inflammation in your chest wall,called costochondtitis.It can also be due to inflammation in Pleura whic is the membrane that covers the lungs.You can try Ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain.And make an appointment to see your Doctor if pain persists
