r/o pilonidal cyst: Pilonidal cyst usually form sjust to the side of the top crease in the buttocks. The sinus opening(s) (if there is one) are typically along the center (midline) of the crease. The lump can be as small as a pea or larger than a golf ball. Usually the lump will hurt when you press on it - if it's infected it will hurt a lot. If you have a sinus, it will typically drain a nasty smelling discharge.

: A vaginal odor is usually an infection, either bacterial or fungal. Anal burning may be due to herpes I/II.  See a GYN physician for an exam, culture and treatment.

Yes it is aproblem: J pouch has its own advantage not wearing a stomal bag, disadvantage you described very accurately . If it is recent problem  consider pouchitis inflammation in the pouch treated with antibiotics, vit b 12 , anal sprinter exercises , for ' butt burning ' treat it like severe diaper rash with local care, visit your surgeon for possible endoscopic evaluation. : The common causes are external hemorrhoids or anal fissure. Anorectal cancer can't be ruled out, of course, but it is usually painless and much less common compared to other benign causes. It is prudent to have the area examined by your family doctor.

The second part could be asking about something having to do with a lumbar nerve irritattion at L4 or L5 from your description. Nope: You can find all kinds of statements about symptoms supposedly caused by herpes, including chronic burning, tingling, leg or back pains, etc -- but mostly these are claims by anxious persons who have no other explanation for their symptoms. Herpes simply does not do this. The only burning, tingling etc that it causes are for 1-2 days before an OB, usually in the area of the OB (i.e. the prodrome).

Possibly: The symptoms you mention could well be due to nerve impingement in your lower back.  Your information says you had an MRI.  Was it of the lower back, and if so what were the results?  Discuss with your doctor and seek evaluation by a neurologist if the MRI was negative, and by a spinal surgeon if it was positive.

Nerve burn: I assume you had epidural injections. With regard to the nerve burn  you have to have had a regular local anesthetic block first before the burn. Also the results should have been good in order to proceed with the burn. You need to ask more questions. If you go ahead nerve burns are quite straight forward.
