i've noticed my toenails have literally fallen off from the bed without trauma. also my fingernails are lifting from the bed as well

You nailed it.: There are a multitude of conditions that can cause toenails to become brittle, thickened, break off and even lift off from the nail bed. Both hypo and hyper thyroidism are included in the list of conditions. of course, there are a whole lot of other symptoms associated with both of these conditions. If you feel that you might have a thyroid condition you should follow up with your family doctor.

Turner's syndrome?: The first half of the question is missing, so i'm going to guess that you're asking, is it possible to have turner's syndrome without the characteristics you listed? The answer is yes, not all women with ts have the physical signs of webbed neck, odd fingernails or "deformed" elbows. If that was not your question, please re-ask it, and include the first half.

: You misunderstand some aspects of HIV elite controllers. Almost all have positive results with standard tests. Elite control has to do mostly with slow progression of immune deficiency, not difficulties in diagnosis. And the average risk of HIV after a single episode of unprotected vaginal sex is only 1 in 2,500 even with a known HIV infected partner. Clearly you do not have HIV. Stop testing.

Posterior cervical ב: nodes generally originate from SCALP lesions which may not be noticeable (except for itching). Mild infections occur which are drained by those lymph nodes in the "rear" of your neck!

Thyroid med: Hypothyroidism can be treated with thyroid hormone replacement.  If the diagnosis was made correctly, you most likely will need to take the pill lifelong.

Yes: collagen supplement is not a contraindicated with hypothyroidism. The question why are you taking collagen supplement . collagen is provided amply in the diet if you eat animal protein.
