i feel a hard bump on the roof of my mouth and i get this every year. is it from allergies. it hurts to press on it.

Unlikely: Of course if it comes on every year at the same time then it could be an allergy but this is very unlikely. Get this lump evaluated by an oral surgeon since it might need to be biopsied.

i have little red bumps under my tongue on the base of the mouth. allergies have been bad. are these little bumps cause for concern ?

Allergies: What are you taking for your " allergies that have been bad" ?
the bumps are probably from inflammation but you should see your doctor to rule out any infection.

i have a couple painless red bumps on the roof of my mouth. i have allergies so i thought it could be that. but it's been over 24 hours now.

Are they blisters?: Could you have burned your mouth?  Stay away from alcohol-based mouthwashes that could burn and use Biotene or CloSys mouthwash to soothe and help heal.  Also, stay away from Cinnamon and red dyes that could also cause allergic reactions.  If they are blisters, see your dentist immediately to rule out more serious conditions.  Good luck!

Yes: moderate to severe oral allergy syndrome can result in some oral swelling.  severe cases can even cause anaphylaxis.  it is always important to understand the combination of environmental and food sensitivities contributing to the symptoms and to find out if carrying epinephrine is advisable.

red, spotty, swollen face my son woke up with his eye swollen with bright red bumps that are very small.  he also had those small, red bumps all around his mouth and chin.  i gave him a dose of benedryl allergy this morning and the swelling around his eye

Any : Any time there is an injury or problem with the eye, the best course of action is to call the child's doctor.  As a general rule, we are very careful with eyes.  Without examining him, it is difficult to tell whether the cause is allergy, infection (viral or bacterial) or injury.  Since they all require different treatments, the safest thing to do is call his doctor.  Good luck!

Uvula bumps: Hello, lesions on the uvula could be normal islands of lymph tissue but they could also be viral wart like lesions. See your ENT doctor to be sure. Good luck.

Uvular bump: This can be normal.  If you have no other symptoms, point it out to your doctor.  If you have any throat issues, see an ENT immediately.
