Arthritis-related?: Based on the location and the description it is possible this is a "bouchard's node" which can be seen in osteoarthritis.  Your primary care doctor could likely confirm this for you.

Options: You might be reacting to the sheets you are sleeping on. You also might have blocked sweat glands which become inflamed. Changing detergents might help

Keratosis Pilaris: If it has been there for years, then it is usually keratosis   if it is new then it could be one of many other things.  If chronic, try a moisturizing cream twice a day with a mild acid in it, like eucerin plus.  There are other keratolytic creams and lotions that will help, but there is no cure for keratosis pilaris.

Rash: This could be a rash due to irritation from the chemicals that you were using or a contact dermatitis.  Make sure that you cleaned the area well. If it continues to spread you might need treatments.

Contact allergy: You may be allergic to something in your bra and the metal in the bra hook. You may try a different make of bra and one with a plastic hook. Wash the bra thoroughly before use. See that your bra is not too tight.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i was given triamcinolone acetonide ointment for bumps and rash on back but now i have the bumps on my thighs now can i use this on my legs and thighs?

Rash: If the rash responded to triaminalone, and you think it is similar. There should be no problem applying the cream to the legs and thighs. However, I realize you do not have insurance, but you should get this checked.

Low BP: It would be nice to be able to look at a rash to render a better judgement about it, however, big blotchy rashes with itching generally suggest urticaria. Urticaria causes vasodilation of the blood vessels which can lead to a lower BP

Normal anatomy: Get thee to an anatomy textbook or if you must go the Internet and check out the anatomy of the tongue. You are probably just noting your normal anatomy for the first time!

Something infectious: Mono is from the ebv virus, and can cause swollen glands (lymph nodes) and big tonsils. Strep throat can do the same thing, but strep throat needs antibiotics. Some other infections can cause big lymph nodes. Tonsils that have bits of white stuff stuck in them are called cryptic tonsils, and also need antibiotics. This all means that a trip to the doctor would be wise.
