Allergic reaction: If you are aware you are allergic to bandaid and you have had similar reaction in the past most likely exposure to the same agent caused another reaction. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) usually helps but if severe, especially if you develop trouble breathing you should get seen asap.

Not to worry: If it's not causing pain, and not very noticible, then you dont have to do anything about it. Just keep an eye on it, and if it enlarges, have it looked at by your doctor.

Lymph node: Yes, you are most likely describing a reactive lymph node.  They react to something like an infection.  By reacting, they usually get larger.  When the infection is gone, they often get smaller,  but sometimes stay enlarged.  As long as it  is moving around and not causing any particular problems, best to just keep a close eye on it.  If it changes or becomes immobile, get it checked.

Itchy bumps: Many things can present as itchy bumps including hives, eczema, contact dermatitis (allergic reaction), acne, infections such as folliculitis among many others.  Please see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

ADENITIS ?: You need a diagnosis? If you feel fine it could only be a small node infection.  Sometimes  enlarged node can be the first sign of. Hodgkins disease, tuberculosis, etc so it is best seen by your md.

Hurts or Hot?: If so, then ice may be helpful.  However I would recommend you see your doctor to figure out what it could be.  Options include swollen lymph node, boil, lipoma or even a taut muscle band/spasm.

Infection or allergy: your symptoms suggest the possibility of allergic reaction or possible infection. With any skin lesion it is always best to see and feel the lesion. Recommend you see your doctor for evaluation.
