Sebaceous glands?: These may simply be the glands that all grown men have. Or you may be a guy who has a bunch of little epidermoid inclusion cysts. Angiokeratomas are also common but they're more reddish. Get with your personal physician on your next office visit.

Hard to know: Hard to know without seeing it.  If you are worried, then you could see a general practitioner first, and they could refer to a specialist if there is any concern.

Could be normal: As we get older, we get more "spots" on our skin, including the scrotal area. Because normally skin here is 'wrinkled-up' and we usually don't check down there daily, seeing some darker spots can be worrisome. Stretch/flatten it out to see what it looks like. If u are certainly sure this is new, consult doc to have it checked. The picture here=normal scrotal skin with brown bumps. Good luck.

: Probably your spermatic cord or vas deferens.  I have felt this in other patients and probably is normal.  If concerned would see your primary care doctor for an examination of the area.

i recently noticed a small tiny black bump under my scrotum. i ended up popping it and blood started coming it.it stopped bleeding after about 20 minutes but now im worried if its something more serious. should i have popped it? will it grow back?

Molluscum?: Small 2-5 mm dome shaped bumps or papules on the genitals could be from a viral induced infection known as molluscum contagiosum. These are more commonly seen in children, but can also occur in individuals that are immunosupressed. There are also other causes for lesions on the scrotum, but without examination it is difficult to tell. I recommend a visit to your doctor or a dermatologist.

Here are some...: Known to us, we are not born equal although we share the same anatomical terminology for the supposed same organs. As a result, the sebaceous glands of hair follicles may vary and some men may have hyperactive sebaceous glands or even develop sebaceous cysts in the scrotal wall. Of course, it is hard to tell for sure without a direct look at them.

Varies: Could be a sebaceous cyst if it is "on" your scrotum . It could be a spermatocele if it is "in" your scrotum. It is best to have a doctor examone you. It does not sound serious but get seen.
