Hidra-Adenitis : Shaving pubic hair, could do that. Usually, it is the hair root infection due to shaving. In stead if shaving, just clip pubic hair carefully, this will not occur. Shaving arm pits with infection, is more common, called as hidra-adenitis. Personal hygiene, is important, to avoid this.

Vaginal bumps: Most vaginal bumps turn out to be hair follicle infections, but herpes can also secondarily get infected and cause the same symptoms.  Probably a good idea to see a GYN to confirm which it is.

You may have: staph infection in the hair follicles where you may have shaved and nicked skin.   If this keeps up, you may end up getting a folliculitis (infection of a hair follicle by staph or strep bacteria) or worse,skin  abscess.  Use Hibiclens soap to clean the area once daily and supplement your immune system with raw garlic and vitamin C daily in your diet.

herpes is viral infection, is recurrent and needs anti viral medicaions.

Skin abscess: This sounds like exactly what you say, a pimple. More precisely, a small skin abscess, perhaps starting in a hair follicle (i.e. folliculitis). Due to common skin bacteria, no different than on your shoulder, back, or anywhere else -- not special just because it&#x27;s in the pubic area. Leave it alone, no more squeezing. See a doctor if it doesn&#x27;t clear up soon, or if any spreading redness or fever.

No waxing or shaving: Tretinoin (retin-a) cream can help decrease skin plugging or hyperkaratosis. Topical tretinoin cream may thin out the epidermis, reduce the buildup of dead skin cells, and decrease hair embedding into the follicies. Topical corticosteroid creams with a mild strength can be applied to reduce inflammation of inflamed ingrown hairs.

Folliculitis: Likely an infected hair follicle.  If it is not bothering you or getting larger you probably don't need to do anything for it.  If it is, you could try warm compresses for 15 minutes 4 times a day and see your doctor for an antibiotic.

Possibly folliculiti: White bumps t the hair follicles of the pubic hair with some surrounding redness may be "folliculitis" , or a staph infection in the hair follicles.  Depending on the severity it is treated with either topical or oral antibiotics.  See your doc to check this out.
