Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure.

Have it evaluated by your physician to get the appropriate treatment.

Lump bump: if is truly mobile and not very tender it might be a lymph node which simply needs to be watched for a few weeks. If however it is soft and gooey and painful and makes you want to squeeze it (don't) it might be a cyst or even an abscess . This would require a different approach. You be the judge. Maybe virtual consult will solve this or even an in-person evaluation.

: This is a common area to get wens, inclusion cysts or ingrown hairs. Apparently there is no evidence of infection. An MD would have to examine you in order to advise you.
