The  bumps...: In the tonsil bed during the healing phase usually indicates healing tissue called granulation tissue.  This usually occurs just after the light scab has dissolved and the pink mucous membrane is appearing you can also get some enlargement of scattered lymphoid tissue on the back of the throat which is reactive due to the healing process in the tonsil bed.

had tonsillectomy 3 weeks ago.there are bumps where the tonsils used to be, 1 on the left, atleast 2 on the right.is it normal?im afraid theyre remnant

Probably normal: During the healing period after tonsillectomy there can be some rough bumps.  They might take another month to smooth out.  Nothing to worry about.  Probably not a remnant, although it is possible.

why i usually get ulcer/bump on exactly same point ( right soft palate )
is this related to tonsillectomy done 4 months back?

Bump on same spot: How  long does it last? Is it painful? In either case i would see the MD who did the surgery when the bump is present so they can see it and evaluate the area. It may or may not be related however getting a bump in the same exact spot is uncommon. See your MD/surgeion.

i have tonsillectomy few months ago, now i have small blister like bump on the right side where the tonsil was. it is slightly painful, reddish and white in color.
is it normal?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  What you described suggests infection of the site and it would be prudent to see your doctor.

May be: Small bumps in throat are common and they are lymphoid aggregates. No need to do more surgery if you are asymptomatic. See ENT if symptomatic.

i have a pea-sized painless red bump in my throat on the right side. tonsillectomy at age 10, 18 now. could my tonsil be growing back?

Not growing back: Tonsil tissue is composed of lymph tissue, similar to a lymph node.  The back of the throat, the tongue, and the tonsils all contain lymph tissue.  When a tonsillectomy is performed the tonsils are separated from muscle.  The bump you are identifying is likely a little bit of leftover tonsil tissue.  This won't cause you any trouble.

i got a tonsillectomy two weeks ago. i am almost completely healed but ive noticed some red bumps in my throat and im concerned about infection. im willing to send pictures if thats possible in any way?

Varicose veins: It is not unusual to have small, dilated and visible veins in the back of the throat. The red bumps are probably small lymph follicles. I would not be overly concerned, but something like this requires a good exam just to be certain. See an ENT.

i have a sore throat for a week with red bumps, white patches, no fever and no health insurance. had tonsillectomy 2 yrs ago. please help!?

Sore throat: Likely infection but not necessarily strep throat.  Gargle with warm salt water as many times a day to soothe the pain.  You can buy a supplement with elderberry and echinicea which is shown to help with infection.  Get plenty of rest, nutrition and hydration.

Tonsillectomy: Prepare by having realistic expectations about your recovery.  You well need to be out of work for 1-2 weeks minimum.  Sore throat will be expected.  Have lots of liquids particularly icy liquids as hydration is essential.  Soft diet, and advance to regular as tolerated.  Your doctor will likely prescribe pain medication if Tylenol/ibuprophen is not adequate.  Expect low grad temps, bad breath.
