popped zit week ago w/ metal extractor. now zit gone and hardening north from cheek  to eye socket. little pea size bump & under eye swollen. what is?

Sounds too active: You may have not sterilize the extractor resulting in an infection.  The face is too close to the lymph drainage to the brain.  Use warm applications till you can see a doc.

i feel a small bump like structure on my bone under skin near my eye socket. slightly above where glasses would sit. is it just bone? both sides

Hard to say: If it is similar in size,location &amp; shape on both sides it is likely just a variant in your skull shape. You can ask your doc when you go in fore something else, since an exam would help sort it out. I wouldn't loose sleep over it or go in just for this.

i still have a pea size bump on the inside of my top left eyelid near the corner of my eye. my eye socket was swollen for a week. the swelling is gone?

Eyelid bump: Likely stye that was infected. Do not press it. Use  warm compresses  6-8 times a day . Wash gently with baby shampoo.  Follow up with MD/urgent care they can give you topical antibiotics  to facilitate rapid healing.

pea sized bump that feels like its on eye socket bone near nose bridge. doesnt cause pain, only know its there from feeling around one day. cannot see it under the skin. has been the same size for over 2 years now. should i be concerned?

No worries : A mass that size that’s been stable for two years is very unlikely to be anything worrisome. It most is a skin cyst that requires no treatment. If it’s lower down on the bridge of your nose just blow the eye, it could be a cyst of the tear duct but if you’re not having any trouble with excessive tearing and that’s very unlikely.

skin colored bump/ zit shaped on my inner eye socket bone near nose. it's sore when i blink sometimes or when i touch it. could it be a deep zit?

This could be an: acne pimple or could be a cyst, which may be infected. I would recommend applying warm compresses a few times/day; ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain if needed. If it is not improving or if worsening please see your doctor.

Eye socket Sx: Some specialists feel surgical repair is needed only if the patient has persistent double vision or the eye recedes into the socket.  A comminuted fracture may need stabilization in order for the bone fragments to re-adhere.

Not necessarily...: If it is just a simple fracture and your eye is functioning normally, no surgery is needed. It will heal. If the fracture is severe i.e. Pushing your eyeball out/in and not moving eye well, or severe deformity etc...Then you need surgery etc...Otherwise, just observation and time...Maybe something for pain such as motrin/tylenol etc...Consult your doc...

Empty boney crater: The eye ball is actually a ball--a spherical, squeeshy, rubbery ball. Once removed from its socket, the empty boney crater is basically in the shape of the eye ball. Often, a filler is needed, such as an eye prosthesis to fill the crater. With current technology, the prosthesis can look so real it is hard to tell from a distance. Consult doc. Good luck.

Direct injury to the head and around the eyes may cause potential manifestations, such as injury to the internal structures of the eye, fractures of bones that make up the eye socket, and glaucoma that may result in permanent loss of vision without medical attention.
