It could be: Is it REALLY a cut?  Did you/someone visualize it? Often people describe the feeling as if there were a cut of some sort but actually there's no break in the skin and it's just from the intense irritation.  Your best bet is to see your doctor for direct examination of the area, the discharge, and obvious culture. You'll no doubt be placed on some type of prescription &amp; no Sex right now.

Surgery: What you described suggests a Bartholin Cyst. Your doctor can remove. Do not try to pop it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Folliculitis is typically caused by short clips or shaving of the pubic hair and subsequent infection or ingrown hairs in the hair follicle. Try using a scrubbing washcloth or gentle friction in circular motion over the area to help clear the follicles and unearth the ingrown hairs. You can also apply triple antibiotic ointment to the area to keep bacteria down and prevent local infections.

Many possibilities: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Skin tags Genital warts and moluscum contagiosum are  some of the many possibilities.
