I : I think it would be a good idea to make an appointment to see a dentist. It is possible that the nerve in that tooth has gone bad and that the little blister that is forming is actually a draining abscess.

You may have hit that tooth hard years ago, or you may have had a big filling placed a while back. This requres an in person exam with a radiograph and cannot accurately be diagnosed over the internet, sight unseen.

Since it keeps recurring in the same spot it is more likely associated with the tooth than an std or your smoking.

Abscess : You may have an abscessed tooth.  You should see your dentist or your doctor for an evaluation.

Possibly teeth: Before they erupt into the mouth, teeth will sometimes look like this but that will depend on the age of the baby. Best to get it looked at to be sure.

Proper diagnosis: This is really a question for an oral surgeon.  You do not tell us if it is painful or is it enlarging.  Differential diagnosis includes, periapical abscess, fibroma, lipoma, or an inflammatory lesion.  Yes, you should be concerned, because you do not know what is the diagnosis.  See an ENT or an oral surgeon for lesions of the oral cavity.

Bone: If the two bumps in your gums have been present for some time, or slowly growing, and feel hard, the bumps may represent extra growths of bone.  They are also referred to as exostosi.  They are benign, and usually do not require removal unless their position or size interferes with a removable appliance, or speech.  A common location is on the tongue side of the lower jaw.  Your dentist can advise.

No reason to worry: I'd recommend using BreathRx or some other mouth wash in the morning and before bed until it goes away completely.  Importantly - don't eat/drink anything except water after using the mouthwash at night as you don't want more food decaying in your mouth while you sleep.

Question ?: Suggest you see a local dentist to determine the cause of that lesion and any treatment that is necessary. A lesion that is present for two years is not going to resolve on its own.

Grayish bump: Has to be examined be diagnosed.  If you've only had it for a day it may resolve on it's own.  Make an appointment with your Dentist for exactly 2 weeks from now.  If bump resolves, cancel the appointment.  If it doesn't resolve, keep the appointment.

Red patches &amp; bumps: Not a good sign. The carcinogens and toxins in the tobacco are having an effect on your soft tissues. Please see a local oral surgeon for a proper diagnosis and if you truly want to live a long and healthy life, stop using these products.
