i went to my local pool & noticed days after i have small and medium sized red bumps on my shoulder starting at the back top of my shoulder down close to my armpit that are painful and itchy. just hoping its not a staph infection or serious?

: A physician or dermatologist would have to examine you to be certain of the diagnosis. Since this could be an outbreak of shingles I strongly recommend that you get examined and receive proper treatment for this eruption.

i have a knot like bump on top shoulder is it a muscle that needs too be worked out what should i do it feels tense.heat?ice?help

Let  me answer: To have kont or pump on the top of the shoulder most likey it is not a tight muscle, then means you have actual lump? Could from jiont out of place? Could soft tissue lump?
I think you should check it out.

AC joint?: What was your injury mechanism? Did u fall on your shoulder or strike the 'point ' of your shoulder in a sport activity? Best to have it looked at by an orthopedist..You may have sustained a mild shoulder 'separation' and if this is your dominant arm it may cause problems 'down the road'...Best of luck!

i have bump on left shoulder at top and is very sore, i got z xray they said they did not see any thing, probably inflame and will go away but has not?

Possibly: Acromioclavicular arthritis. An orthopedic surgeon or physical medicine physician may be able to help. If the ac joint is inflamed injected steroids can often soothe symptoms.

hi i've had a dull pain on the top of my right shoulder bone almost feels like a.bruise and noticed a small mobile bump should i be concerned?

i see bump on my shoulder next to my neck. but when i rub and press it i can only feel it on top of the skin and not under ? i don't feel and or see any any swollen lymph nodes either ?

i have some colourless itchy bumps on my skin. primarily on my wrists, feet, ankles, tops of the arm and shoulder. it's itching like crazy?

See doctor: It is hard to tell what may be causing it without a direct exam.  Nonetheless you may try taking antihistamines to see if they help.  A dermatology consult may be required if antihistamine does not help or the problem is getting worse. Any new drug or supplement introduced within the month prior to the onset of the rash may be a suspect also.

squishy, quarter size raised bump below&on l clavicle.no pain/movement/redness.cbc, l shoulder xray & l breast u/s- all normal.has small vein on top of it but no pulse felt on bump. np not concern d/t symmetry/circle shape.should i be worried/f/u on?

i think i popped my shoulder whilst biking. i was just a tiny little bump. 3 months on i'm still feeling pain should it really take this long to heal?

3 months seems long: A shoulder injury from biking should be evaluated by a sports medicine doctor or an orthopedic doctor if the injury does not heal up quickly. Perhaps a ligament (holding 2 bones together) was damaged. Sometimes there is impingement, where a ligament or bone is pressing on another ligament or muscle. After initial treatment, physical therapy for a few weeks should help regain normal mobility.

Rash: Sounds like you have some sort of dermatitis or rash.  Almost impossible to diagnose rashes over the computer, so best to have this looked at by a dr.  Best wishes.
