Fibrous Papule: A fibrous papule develops during late adolescence or early adult life on the nose, or less often, elsewhere on the face. It is a dome shaped shiny lesion 2-6 mm in diameter, sometimes bearing a central hair. Although it looks similar to a skin-coloured mole (dermal naevus), it is more firm in texture. It is harmless but persists unchanged lifelong. See your dermatologist for removal.

Unlikely.: Radiesse (dermal fillers) is often used for non-surgical rhinoplasty, however, this is an off-label use. It would be unlikely to dislodge the Radiesse (dermal fillers) to your forehead and with time your body starts to degrade the Radiesse (dermal fillers) caha particles with macrophages.

Bump: This may be an inclusion cyst under the skin. Apparently it is not inflamed or infected. A physician would have to examine it to make the diagnosis however.

Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin rashes.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

i have nose piercing its been8-9 mths now and since more than 2mth i have bump over piercing i was given injection from skin dr but still the same.

Keloid: This could be a keloid or hypertrophic scar from the piercing. Sometimes several steroid injections are necessary to make it smaller or to get it to go away. Also, sometimes other treatments are necessary which might include excising the abnormality including the piercing site and surgically and repairing the defect. Sometimes post-op steroid injections are used, as well.

Could be an infected: hair follicle, or a small lymph node, or a inclusion/sebaceous cyst, or a nodule.   Could be harmless or indication of infection.
