Clogged pore?: This might be a clogged pore? Could also be scar tissue. These should resolve in time.

Cystic lesion: This can be a rather serious sebaceous cyst  situation, and you should never squeeze it - it can make it worse. If anything seek the attention of a dermatologist for assistance- scarring on one face is never an attractive option.

If : If your skin tends to be thick, oily, and you have had problems with acne or similar type lesions, chances are you have a sebaceous cyst. If it is something that is bothering you have your dermatologist check it out.

Bump with pain: There are several possibilities, including a stye and an abscess.  If t is tender, it may be infected.  An abscess needs to be drained by a skilled eye surgeon (ophthalmologist).  Do not try to drain it yourself, since it may be located near a tear drainage duct.

ive go a raised red bump on my face.looks like a swollen pimple.redness has reduced but it has been almost 3 weeks.ive been applying hydro cortisone.on the same side i have a visible swollen gland below my jaw line.not feeling sick though.please help?

Exam needed: This may have been an inflamed/infected cyst or ingrown hair that has organized into a papule that no longer is inflamed. I recommend having a physician or dermatologist examine and advise you.

Acne keloidalis?: A dermatologist will identify and treat this. Probably a type of folliculitis. Avoid shaving or close cropping of hair this area. Might benefit from antibiotic, usually mino(doxy)cycline in low dose for several months. Shower and shampoo daily.

Infant acne: It may be infant acne and usually does not require any treatment.But you should have the pediatrician look at it, if thats what it is or something else.
