See a podiatrist...: If it truly is scar tissue, you may be given a prescription for topical verapamil cream to reduce the fibrosis.  If it is something else, the doctor will be able to determine that as well.

Options: It may take a physical examination to get to the bottom of things. Clearly, it could be a "growth" or just an enlargement of existing tissues. The enlargement could be from the bone immediately under the tendon, on the tendon or from the tissues immediately on top of the tendon. Whether it is new growth, part of a repair process or due to mechanical irritation are just some of the subtleties.

Tear: Aanytime there is a bump that is tender in the achillles area consider a partial tear  and you would be at hiogh riskk for acute complete tear. Stop doing any jumping running, or stressing the Achilles and seek medical attention. A littl rest and treatment now will save six months of recovery later.

Have it evaluated: Please have this evaluated. Most masses in this area are benign, but prompt evaluation is always the best medicine.  May have to have an MRI for evaluation.  A good physical exam of the area will be helpful.  See your foot and ankle specialists!

May be callous: If it is on a place where your shoe rubs the skin, it may be a callous. You may try different shoes that do not rub on that site.

Without seeing: The lesions I am not sure what they are. Any lesion that would bleed though would concern me and i would likely biopsy for definitive diagnosis and treatment. In that region i would perform a shave biopsy of one of the lesions.

my achilles tendion is very painful even at rest n has a bump n i am now feeling it in my calf as well. there is also calcium buildup on it. options?

Only one Option.: There is only one option. Have your leg examined as soon as possible. Aside from a possible tendon problem, a phlebitis can have similar symptoms. No sense in taking a chance on this.
