why is my vagina red on the outside of the skin and my clit is a blue/purple color? i see a bump under my clit, but there's no pain anywhere. herpes?

See an OB/GYN: Without exam have no way to diagnose or suggest.  Herpes without pain or tenderness would be very unusual.  Perhaps you have a yeast infection, but this too should be manifest by tender inflammation.  See somebody who is experienced.

hallo. i've have a bump on my labia minora near my clit for a year i think but it was painless but for a couple days now it has a dull pain near it when i urinate and wipe and i'm only 17 and behind my pubic bone hurts.... :/ :(?

Gynecologist: Consult a gynecologist as soon as possible to examine this lump. It may be a benign cyst that has become inflamed or infected. In the meantime apply warm,moist complexes and try not to irritate the urethra. You may take Tylenol as needed for pain relief. I'm concerned about the associated pain behind the public bone.

Cyst: This could be Bartholin's cyst, and requires evaluation by gynecologist for culture and treatment. May try Sitz baths twice-three times a day for 3 days to promote healing and provide comfort. But definitely see gyn if no improvement.

i have had >20 raised yellow painless bumps on the inside of my labia majorus just above the clitoris for years, though they change in number and size. some seem to have a tiny dark spot. age 21, never been sexually active. is this cause for concern?

More likely not: Given you have not been sexually active this does not seem to appear as if human papilloma virus more than likely these are just normal vaginal bumps around you clitoral area.. I do suggest that you get seen and evaluated by an OB/GYN.
