Get checked: You need to get checked by your doctor. Lymphoma is a consideration only if the lymph nodes are over 1 cm in size  and are progressively increasing in size. Weight loss can be a sign of cancer but only as a late feature. There are other causes for weight loss. So you need to have a medical examination to help you sort it out.

Many possibilities: Bumps under the skin could be as a result of different reasons of which could include an ingrown hair, acne, infection, abscess, or an allergic reaction to various things like detergents or soaps or to medications.  Have it evaluated by your physician to get the appropriate treatment.

Yes: That is part of your larynx or "voice box" is should be in the enter of you neck at the upper 1/3. When you swallow it will rise then fall.

Maybe. Maybe not.: There are enough firm bumps everywhere in everyone's body so that any man or woman should be able to feel a couple of hard bumps in many places of their bodies if they press hard enough. The question is, "Are the bumps normal and ok to be there, or are they something abnormal but not important, or are they something bad like cancer?" Hands-on doctor exams are needed to decide.

Many possibilities: A non specific itchy rash on the neck can be due to so many different processes.  In children, eczema is at the top of the list.  If it persists or interferes with sleep I would see a dermatologist if your PCP can't  identify it.

i found this bump in my neck it's on the back next to the nerves 2 inches to the left of my  right ear it doesn't hurt but i'm worried please help?

Node or bone: If it is behind the ear then it is either a lymph node which is usually mobile or a bony protuberance of the skull which will not move. If it is in the front of the ear then a lymph node or salivary tumor.  Since you're worried i suggest someone examine it for peace of mind.

i have one red bump in my neck and i did anal sex before month and half is that mean i get hiv i did hiv test after 5 days and it was non reactive als?

Not necessarily: Get a HIV nucleic acid test, if the result is negative, repeat the test in 6 months. 
If you intend to continue having sex with men, talk to your doctor about taking pre-exposure prophylaxis.

Possibly: It could be from preservatives in the shampoo, the actual cleansing material in the shampoo, or the scent-related chemicals added to the shampoo. Best way to test is to switch to a hypoallergenic shampoo to see if rash improves. Can always restart the shampoo at a later time to see if the bumps return.
