i have had a small bump in front of my right ear for about a month now, it didn't hurt at first at all but now it hurts slightly to touch, any ideas?

Skin cyst: The first thing that comes to mind is an infected sebaceous cyst. You can get one of these cysts to form and it can later become infected, resulting in some swelling, redness and tenderness. Sometimes they need to be drained, so you might want to get it checked out if it doesn't resolve on its own soon.

i feel a small bump next to & in front of my left ear lobe.when i poke it,it kinda hurts.could it have to do with my jaw. orthodontist did mess up jaw?

Disc: Sounds like you may have a disc out of position.  No, Orthodontic Rx doesn't cause this to happen.  Problem may be due to your original malocclusion.  Ask your General Dentist and your Orthodontic Specialist to review your joints for dysfunction.

Can call Dr on video: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor (call first) if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly. COVID-19 infections tend to have cough, whereas strep usually lacks cough but has more throat pain.

Possibly darwin bump: Some people have a small bump on the inside of their upper ear. This is known as "darwin's tubercle, " or "darwin's bump, " because charles darwin mentioned it in his book. Genetics determines it presence. It is present from birth if not this, then not sure from description. Physician could tell you by physical exam.
