: Do you know if it's a spider bite? Soothe the area with cold applications for 10 minutes or so. .Wash with mild soap&amp;water. Don't pop the blister. Apply an antibacterial ointment &amp; protect with a sterile nonstick gauze held in place with paper tape.  Elevate the area if it's on a limb. Observe for spreading redness which could indicate secondary bacterial infection requiring systemic antibiotics.

Needs evaluation: I think it would be very important for a medical professional to look at this to help determine 'what' it is... Sometimes an insect bite can become secondarily infected - so this redness needs to be properly evaluated. Could this bug bite have been from a tick? There are certain tick borne diseases as well that one needs to be on the look out for. An Infectious Diseases doc is specialized for that

While this could be: something simple like minor trauma from an irritating food or even a burn, or it could be caused by something more serious. The sensation is caused by a disruption/dysfunction of the nerve supplying the tongue. Problems with calcium metabolism, B12 deficiency, or even a neurologic disease such as MS can cause these altered sensations. If persists, you need careful medical evaluation, ? Neurologist

Singing: I do not think so. Congratulations of holding a tune that long. This can change oxygen and or carbon dioxide levels and this could be associated with tingling. Irritation to airways or some mild bronchospasm could cause chest irritation. Unlikely to be any concerning problems.

Burning/tingling: Is the burning and tingling on the skin of your chest or does it feel like it is coming from your lungs? I'm glad to hear the cough has cleared up a bit. If you develop a rash on your chest then go see a doctor within a day or two. Otherwise, likely the cough and the burning/tingling sensation will resolve in time. Best wishes.
