Osler's nodes?: Skin lesions are always best seen via picture or in person. They could be contact dermatitis to something much more serious like endocarditis. Endocarditis causes splinter hemorrhages under the nails and skin of the fingertips due to microemboli. It is also associated with shortness of breath, malaise, fever, among other systemic symptoms. Please see a physician for an evaluation.

The condition affects teenagers and adults and may be acute, recurrent, or chronic. A more appropriate term for this vesicular eruption is pompholyx, which means bubble. See your dermatologist  to make sure of the diagnosis.

Wart?: without a picture to look at or being able to see it and feel it in person it is difficult to say exactly what this is. Commonly it could be a wart. : This is merely a blood blister.  It is of no concern.  Over the next couple of weeks as your outer layers of skin shed, the scab that is under the skin will rise to the surface and be shed just as a normal scab does.

BUBBLES NDER SKIN: The tiny bubbles you seem to have might be vesicles. This could be part of eczema. This may be a condition called dyshidrosis or pompholyx.  Do you have athlete's foot? These itchy bubbles could be an allergy to the ringworm on your feet. Can't tell without seeing. Could be a contact dermatitis due to solvents, soaps, detergents.  Some medications can cause it.  Check with a dermatologist soon.
